Yes, and there’s no obligation attached to it. We’d rather spend an hour scoping properly and find out we’re not the right fit than take on work that goes wrong for both of us.

Absolutely. If you have Figma files, a brand book or an existing design system, we build to it. If you have a logo and nothing else, we can extend it into a full identity. And if you have neither, we start from scratch.

Yes. A single landing page, a fix to something broken, a migration off a platform you’ve outgrown — all fine. Not every job needs to be a full build.

We work with clients in the US, Australia, Switzerland, the UK and the UAE, so this is routine. We overlap with your working hours for calls, reply to messages within one business day, and structure the work so progress happens while you sleep rather than stalling until you’re awake.

The people building your site. We’re a small team, so you deal with the developer and designer doing the work — not an account manager relaying messages. It’s the main advantage of not being a large agency.

Two rounds at the design stage and two after build are standard, and we’re not precious about counting. What matters more is our process: we agree direction before detailed design, which means big changes rarely come up late.

Tell us early and we change it. We show concepts before committing to a full build precisely so this comes up in week one rather than week six. If we genuinely can’t find a direction that works, we’ll say so rather than keep billing.

WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Drupal, BigCommerce and Wix for websites and stores, and Laravel, Node.js and React for custom applications. We recommend based on what you actually need, not on what we prefer to build.

Yes, completely. The code, the content, the database and the accounts are yours from day one. No licensing, nothing held back. If you move to another team later, everything transfers and we help with the handover.

Either. We can set up and manage hosting as part of a care plan, or deploy to a host you already use. Whichever way, the account is in your name — we’re not the kind of agency that holds your hosting hostage.

Yes. We build editable content structures rather than locking everything into code, and we walk your team through the CMS before launch. If you’d rather not touch it, a care plan covers the changes for you.

We run through a pre-launch checklist — testing on real devices, forms, redirects, analytics, backups — then go live at a time that suits you. We stay available through the day and monitor for anything unexpected in the first week.

Yes, as part of every build. A walkthrough session covering how to add pages, update content and manage media, plus a short written guide you can hand to someone new. No charge for it.

Every site we build ships with clean structure, fast loading, proper meta data and schema markup — the technical foundation. Ongoing SEO work, content and link building are separate, and we’re happy to advise or take it on.
